FAQ'S

. How do I know if I need to re-string or re-grip my racquet?

- If a string has snapped.

- If playing is giving you arm pain, it could be your strings.

- If you find yourself pulling your strings in place after each rally.

- If you aren't generating as much power or have as much control as you would like.

- Typically the average player will re-string per year equal to the amount of times they play per week.

.How do i know if i need a re-grip?

- If your grip is giving you blisters, perhaps you need an over-grip.

- If your hand is sliding or the racquet comes loose when striking the ball or shuttlecock.

What strings do I need?

- Different strings have different assets, see the string section for more info.

What tension do I need?

- Firstly, each racquet has a recommended tension range. In general, looser strings generate more power whilst tighter strings allow for more control. It often comes down to the individuals preference.

  • Disclaimer

  • Pre-existing Damage
We take utmost care in stringing racquets; however, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing structural weaknesses, including hairline cracks or unseen deformations, that may become apparent during or after stringing.

  • Age & Material Fatigue
Over time, rackets may weaken due to wear and tear, even if no visible damage is present. Older rackets, or those with previous structural stress, may experience frame distortion or breakage during restringing.

  • Customer Acknowledgment
By using our restringing service, customers acknowledge the risk that any pre-existing damage may become apparent or worsen during or after restringing, and we cannot be held liable for such occurrences.

  • Pre-Service Inspection
We inspect rackets before restringing but cannot guarantee detection of all pre-existing damage. If you have concerns about your racquet's condition, please notify us before service.
